What i'm thinking is an implanted microchip into the brain (neurotechnology) that allows the participant to interact with surrounding terminals (computers etc) wirelessly. Anything that can be controlled by a computer could therefore (in theory) be controlled by the brain. No more typing or using a mouse. The challenge is coming up with a scenario where by this wouldn't be beneficial.
