Ezample of layout using rules of thirds. not entirely sure who designed it but as it's a poster for factory, one can only assume Peter Saville wasn't too far away when it was produced. Love the layout, reminiscent of swiss typography - lots of negative space equates to a nice clear aesthetic. Reminds me a lot of Herbert Bayer and Jan Tschichold's work at the Bauhaus.
