Made a nurbs circle and positioned and resized it around the foot. Selected it and the Left Ankle Turn Group and applied a point and orient constraint. Doesn't work. You should be able to move the circle and the foot and attached leg should move with it, but it doesn't in this case.
Start again. Oh the joy!
