Joint Orientation

Joint Orientation.

It is imperative that all the joints are facing the same way. First, select all the joints from the outliner and then go to Display - Transform Display - Local Rotation Axis. This will reveal the individual orientation of each joint. Then head up to Skeleton - Orient Joint, to bring up the dialogue box. The idea here is to get all the joints facing the same way; corresponding to the yzx coordinates. There are a number of check boxes with different combinations. The first letter controls which axis will face the next joint (in this case the "y" axis), in order to get the remaining axis to behave, you have to then toggle the y+ or y- until you have the correct orientation.
