photography - telephone

Picture of an old fashioned dial telephone. Whole things a bit out of focus, could do with being a little sharper around the edges. I think it was one of those where the shutter had to be operated arbitrarily due to a low level of light, so there was an inevitable shake factor as i wasn't using a tripod. Could have done with being exposed a little less as i feel the whole things a little bit on the dark side. One or two nice textures coming out of the background as the light hits the folds in the paper.

Black and white test strip of photographs taken in the studio, some ok ones, although i did encounter a problem when transfering the film onto the development reel. Only one or two appear to be damaged and it was only a first attempt. Quite like the idea of studio shots and the control and contrast you get from minimising and directing the light source. For my photography elective i shall be shooting around the building site i work on. There's a huge variety of matter and interesting light sources, not to mention the characters that work there.
