bored engineer

Robotics has a strong affinity with Scientists and Engineers, the potential market mindstorm appeals to. it's important at this stage not to stereotype the potential market, but establish an informed opinion of the demographic. The "bored engineer" in this clip presumedly programed this robotic arm to whirl him dangerously round in this fashion, displaying his enormous confidence in both his and the technologies precision. In reality, the robot could have killed him at any point (particularly the bit where the robot turns him upside down as it performs a horizontal sweep, his head no more than an inch from the floor), so this video acts more of a brag to fellow engineers/scientists and placed on youtube to showcase his precision and bravery.
