Been playing with photoshop trying to create some background matter. Quite like this technique using the wave filter although it does lack control. Quite interested in the drop shadow effect. Might turn down the fill opacity, so only the shadow pulls through. Or, could just create the lines so that they are smaller and closer together (taking care they dont converge when the filter is applied) like a bar code.
